Our Security Guards have a proven track record on Police and Security Industry. We choose highly intellectual Security Guards of diverse nationalities with excellent physique, health condition, Well-groomed and with linguistic knowledge of both English(mandatory) and Arabic (added advantage).

WE PROVIDE A 05 PHASE TRAINING TO OUR SECURITY GUARDS:
PRELIMINARY TRAINING ON THEIR HOME COUNTRIES.- ORIENTATION TRAINING ON ARRIVAL IN DUBAI AT OUR HEADQUARTERS BY PARAGON SECURITY TRAINING DEPARTMENT.
- SIRA TRAINING
- ONSITE TRAINING BEFORE DEPLOYING FOR THE FAMILIARIZATION OF SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSEIBILITIES.
- REFRESHER TRAINING ON REGULAER INTERVALS TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THEIR PROFICIENCY.
